If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack the Item

  Place the dress and the matching bandeau in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
